Using CFP
CFP is a marketplace platform for storefront discovery, order coordination, pickup, delivery, handoff, payment context, support, and protected operations.
Use CFP lawfully and only for legitimate marketplace activity.
Keep account, role, storefront, delivery, and support information accurate.
Do not misuse QR, storefront, order, payment, delivery, handoff, or support flows.
Role context
CFP supports customers, merchants, drivers, visitors, and protected admin/team users. Each role has different permissions, responsibilities, and operational context.

Marketplace flow
CFP coordinates marketplace flows that may depend on merchant readiness, product availability, pickup timing, delivery availability, location context, handoff verification, and support or admin review.
Customers, merchants, drivers, and CFP support should keep order, pickup, delivery, and handoff information accurate so marketplace activity can be reviewed and completed.
Payment context
Payment and payout availability may vary by market and approved provider configuration.

CFP may maintain order, payment, payout, refund, settlement, and ledger context.
Refunds or adjustments may require review.

Maintain accurate storefront and product information
Prepare orders and keep fulfillment readiness current
Use QR posters and public storefronts responsibly
Meet applicable local business, tax, safety, and marketplace obligations
Keep availability, location, and service-area context accurate
Follow safe and lawful delivery behavior
Complete handoff verification accurately
Protect account and identity integrity
Accounts
Users are responsible for account security and for keeping account information accurate. Do not share passwords, verification codes, private keys, payment credentials, or account secrets.
In-app deletion is the fastest verified path when signed in. The public account deletion page is also available. Deletion is reviewed and is not always immediate because CFP may need to review open orders, payments, payouts, deliveries, ledgers, verification, support, trust/safety, fraud-prevention, tax/accounting, legal, and compliance obligations.
Account lifecycle routes
Use the signed-in app when available, or use the public deletion page when app access is unavailable.
Platform rules
Users must not interfere with CFP, other users, protected team/admin access, marketplace trust, payment context, or delivery operations.
Fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity
Attempts to bypass security, access controls, or account review
Misuse of payments, payouts, refunds, order, delivery, or handoff flows
Impersonation, false account information, or identity misuse
Harassment, unsafe conduct, or interference with marketplace users

CFP may update these terms as marketplace features, markets, approved providers, and legal requirements evolve.
