Request account deletion

CFP users can request account deletion from this web page or from Settings in the CFP app. Account closure is reviewed because CFP is a marketplace with orders, payments, payouts, delivery assignments, ledgers, verification records, audit logs, support history, and compliance obligations.

How to request deletion

The safest path is to sign in and submit the request from CFP Settings. If you are signed in on this web page, the form submits for only that authenticated account. If you are not signed in, CFP will guide you to an ownership-verified request path.

What happens after you request deletion

CFP reviews the request, checks open marketplace obligations, and may contact you through your account email or support channel before final closure. Your account remains active until CFP completes review and closes it through the existing account lifecycle process.

Data CFP may retain

  • Orders, deliveries, pickup handoffs, and fulfillment history
  • Payments, refunds, payouts, ledger entries, and tax/accounting records
  • Merchant, driver, and identity verification records
  • Audit logs, support history, trust and safety, fraud-prevention, and legal records
